We take care of every detail to ensure you are
completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 14 days after receiving your order
to contact us in case of a problem.

We accept returns in the following cases:
— Manufacturing defect
— Order error
— Item damaged upon receipt

Returned items must be unworn,
unwashed, and in their original condition.

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and verified, we will process
the refund within 5 to 7 business days
to your original payment method.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

Customized items are non-refundable
unless a manufacturing defect is found.
